Nature conservation at the source of water

The House of Nature is located in the middle of the impressive breakthrough valley of the Upper Danube through the Swabian Alb. The exhibition offers an insight into the geological formation and shows how geology has shaped today's natural environment.

Our info centre focuses on the Danube. Visitors can discover and explore the water habitat and its interactions with the surrounding ecosystem of the reserve Naturpark Obere Donau.
