Schubart-Gymnasium Aalen

The Schubart High School in Aalen has already integrated the focus on geology and on education for sustainable deveolopment into the school's curriculum and lessons for many years, as part of numerous cooperations, excursions and projects.

For several years now, there has been a cooperation and an exchange with a Geopark school of the Finnish UNESCO Global Geopark Rokua. There is also close cooperation with Aalen University in the field of geology and the Geopark info centres on site, such as the Explorhino Science Center, the Prehistoric Museum Aalen and the Tiefer Stollen visitor mine. The Schubart High School has also already participated in the Geopark Festival.
